Kevin a few years ago, unfortunately had an accident that left him without the use of his legs, but being an exceptional and keen cycler soon got into hand cycling. We worked together on building Kevin’s core and upper body and after 18 months of hard work, Kevin is now a UK athletics and GB athlete, competes in hand cycling races, wheelchair races and has even won silver at a meet at the Olympic village last year for swimming. If you have half of Kevin’s determination, you can achieve anything!

Louise Before and After

Louise went from 22st to 13st since training with me, she not only has some great sessions with me but also attends some of my fitness classes, including Circuits, Boxercise and spinning! Louise takes part in a 10k obstacle challenge in March 2013 so our sessions now focus on completing the new challenge but the weight is still coming off! We also have sights set on entering marathons and other challenges.

Estelle needed to shred some body fat in just 7 weeks so we were against the clock for serious beach body goal! we did just that, losing 5% fat, and went from skinny, to athletic. 3-4 sessions a week and a strict diet, and the pictures speak for themselves!

Neal had never been to a gym before. At 33 he decided he needed a challenge and wanted to take part in an extreme 10K trial challenge (The Wolf Run). Having spent time with me and using my plans he was running three times a week and has now completed 3 challenges. He is now in training to undertake a half marathon and a 20 mile Extreme Challenge.
