FEES For Personal Training

All Personal Training options are on a monthly basis or in block bookings. All monthly options are for a minimum of 3 months, paid by standing order. These are great if you have a long term goal in mind. We use our very own app (PTHub) to monitor food and exercise, use of this app is included in all options below

  • Two sessions per month: £50
  • One session per week: £95
  • Two sessions per week: £170 (Sunday bootcamps included on this package!)
  • Three sessions per week £250 (Sunday bootcamps included on this package!)

(All monthly options come with nutrition advice, training plans and 24hr support and more!)

If Monthly options dont suit you for the time being, there is the option of blocks of sessions. These are great if you have a short term goal or you would just like to see if you enjoy personal training before committing to something longer.

  • Three Sessions: £80
  • Five Sessions: £120
  • Ten sessions: £230
  • Twenty sessions: £400
    (All Blocks come with nutrition advice, training and plans 24hr support and so much more!)

If you want to have your sessions with a friend, relative or partner, above prices will be subject to a price increase of 40%, please call to enquire for further details.

PLEASE NOTE: Unless pre arranged with A Lapidge Fitness, at least one session per week must be used when purchasing a block of Personal Training sessions
